Today, SYSTEX Corporation announced a strategic partnership with Evercomm Singapore, a leading climate technology company, to co-develop a new-generation AI-driven Financial Carbon Management Platform.

By integrating climate risk analytics and digitalized carbon management, the platform enables financial institutions to align with international sustainability standards, quantify investment and financing risks, and formulate capital allocation strategies guided by decarbonization potential.

Set for pilot rollout in Q4 2025, the platform will focus on Taiwan and Southeast Asian markets and enable major banks and asset managers to establish an integrated framework for managing carbon impacts in investment and financing decisions, advancing the real-world adoption of sustainable finance across the region.

Evercomm is a recognized partner of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s ESG FinTech ecosystem and an accredited member of the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF). This collaboration brings together SYSTEX’s expertise in ESG consulting, carbon management systems and AI technology, while Evercomm contributes deep capability in climate risk assessment and decarbonization pathway analysis. Together, they aim to help financial institutions transform ESG and carbon data into actionable insights, fostering a shift from “carbon flow management” to “capital flow decisions.”

Under this partnership, SYSTEX will lead data integration and platform architecture, while Evercomm will contribute to climate risk assessment and decarbonization scenario modeling. The platform enables financial institutions to rapidly consolidate data on investee companies’ carbon emissions, sustainability performance, and business operations, converting them into quantifiable and decision-ready indicators.

This solution enables financial institutions to fulfill disclosure and compliance obligations and at the same time access forward-looking insight for asset allocation, risk control and low-carbon investment planning. This strengthens decision-making and channels capital toward companies with long-term sustainability competitiveness.

Beyond Taiwan, both parties are in active discussions with financial sectors in Singapore and Thailand to further expand the regional adoption of AI-driven sustainable finance solutions.
