SYSTEX Corporation has announced a strategic partnership with Evercomm Singapore, a climate technology company, to co-develop an AI-driven Financial Carbon Management Platform for banks and asset managers across Asia.
The move responds to a shift already underway in the sector. As green finance scales globally and disclosure rules tighten, financial institutions are no longer treated purely as sources of capital, they are increasingly expected to act as an enabling force in the low-carbon transition, accountable for what their lending and investment decisions fund.
The platform combines climate risk analytics with digitalised carbon management, giving institutions a way to align with international sustainability standards, quantify the risk carried in their investment and financing portfolios, and shape capital allocation around decarbonisation potential rather than intent.
The Problem
Carbon data that can't keep up with the market.
SYSTEX frames the industry's difficulty as three compounding pressures: regulatory obligations that keep expanding, operational cost driven by manual data processing, and carbon data that arrives too slowly to inform decisions while markets move.
The aim is to integrate data, computation, and analytics "from carbon flow to capital flow", enabling scenario-based decarbonisation simulations against the industry's most critical pain points.
SYSTEX Corporation
The Partnership
Two specialisms, one platform.
Evercomm is a recognised partner within the Monetary Authority of Singapore's ESG FinTech ecosystem and an accredited member of the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF). The company has built its practice around quantitative and management tooling for carbon, energy, waste, and climate risk scenario modelling.
SYSTEX brings ESG consulting depth, carbon management systems, and AI engineering. The division of work is deliberate: SYSTEX leads data integration and platform architecture, while Evercomm contributes climate risk assessment and decarbonisation scenario modelling.
How It Works
From investee data to decision-ready indicators.
The platform consolidates data on investee companies' carbon emissions, sustainability performance, and business operations, then converts it into quantifiable indicators an investment committee can actually act on.
That serves two purposes at once. Institutions meet their disclosure and compliance obligations, and they gain forward-looking insight for asset allocation, risk control, and low-carbon investment planning. The intended effect is capital steered toward companies with durable sustainability competitiveness, rather than compliance treated as a reporting exercise after the fact.

What's Next
Taiwan first, then the region.
Pilot rollout is set for Q4 2025, focused on Taiwan and Southeast Asian markets, enabling major banks and asset managers to establish an integrated framework for managing carbon impacts in investment and financing decisions.
Beyond Taiwan, both parties are in active discussion with financial sector participants in Singapore and Thailand to widen regional adoption of AI-driven sustainable finance tooling.
Where this sits in our portfolio
The platform extends SYSTEX Asia's Green Tech ESG practice into financial services, pairing carbon accounting with the governed AI foundations our Data & AI practice deploys.
